Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for a Sales Development Specialist. The position is based in Johannesburg, with the flexibility of working remotely for part of the time. The primary responsibilities include generating quality leads, managing customer interactions, and supporting the sales team with effective communication and sales strategies. The Sales Development Specialist will identify potential clients, initiate contact, nurture relationships, and contribute to the company's sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey ideas and engage with diverse audiences
  • Customer Service expertise, ensuring clients' needs are addressed effectively to enhance satisfaction
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate hybrid work successfully
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Eng or a related field is preferred
