Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Johannesburg, offering the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing the entire sales process to meet or exceed targets. Additional tasks include providing product training to clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients on product use and applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in the industrial or mining sectors preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
