Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Johannesburg. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, conducting training sessions, and managing sales pipelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven non life insurance Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and development within a sales context
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous
- insurance experience, qualification and FAIS RE 5 requirement mandatory
