Digital Signage Site Acquisition Specialist

We're expanding our billboard and digital signage network across
Johannesburg
— and we're looking for a motivated dealmaker to help us grow

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate prime outdoor and indoor advertising locations.
  • Approach
    property owners, landlords, and venue managers
    to secure placement rights.
  • Negotiate and close
    partnership agreements with property owners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners and venue managers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to evaluate and activate approved sites.
  • Assist with
    obtaining advertising permits
    and compliance where needed.

Qualifications/Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Experience in
    sales.
    Experiences in real estate, or advertising is advantageous (but not required).
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
  • Based in
    Johannesburg
    , with reliable transport for site visits.
  • Well-networked — someone who knows people and gets things done..

Compensation

This is a
performance-based opportunity
— your income grows with every deal you close.

  • Signing Bonus:
    R2,000 per confirmed property or venue agreement.
  • Monthly Profit Share:
    10% of net monthly profit from each active billboard or digital screen you secure (paid for 24 months after installation)..
  • Base Salary:
    R5,000 per month.
