Job Summary

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to join our growing agency in Rosebank, Johannesburg. You'll lead strategy, execution, and reporting across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email marketing platforms (Drip and Mailchimp). If you're performance-driven, creative, and thrive in a collaborative, client-first environment — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Drip and Mailchimp
  • Collaborate closely with our creatives, account managers, and clients to build campaigns that convert
  • Optimize campaigns based on data — with a strong focus on ROAS and client satisfaction
  • Report performance insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients

What you'll bring:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven results with Meta and Google Ads (TikTok experience a plus)
  • Solid grasp of Google Analytics / GA4 and basic conversion tracking setup
  • Strong communication skills — client-facing experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certifications are a bonus
