**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new restaurants.
- Negotiate lease and purchase agreements with landlords and property owners.
- Work with the Finance and Operational teams to ensure that new locations meet brand standards and are in high-demand areas.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, and property owners.
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure that all contracts and agreements follow company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on on-site acquisition progress.
- Stakeholder Management with Professional Teams and Local authorities

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree,
- Property studies and/or Town Planning background preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in network planning and development in site acquisition (retail) or related field.
- Experience with site selection software is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies required**:

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of zoning and permitting requirements is a plus.
