**Site Acquisition Specialist Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct site visits with RF Engineering, Zoning and Construction team; review zoning and construction drawings.
- Research and obtain planning and zoning code information applicable to the development of a site.
- Meet with jurisdictional zoning staff.
- Review and redline zoning and construction drawings.
- Conduct a pre-hearing meeting with the design team.
- Attend public hearings and community meetings as required.
- Complete site status reports.
- Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the Project Manager and/ or client as required.
- Negotiate site agreements, easements and amendments with property owners.
- Review RF data sheets to determine scope of work.
- Prepare lease review and business term memos for client review.
- Complete initial lease review to determine leasing process for lease modification.
- Request and/or review title reports.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or related

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years' experience in wireless site acquisition and zoning.
- Knowledge of working in the public right of way.
- Basic understanding of current laws pertaining to wireless telecommunication service providers.
- Ability to interpret and negotiate lease agreements.
- Ability to read and interpret semi complex drawing diagrams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability work independently.

**Job Type**: Temporary

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
