Job Summary
SCINMED is looking for an ambitious and vibrant Front Desk Co-ordinator to join their Hyde Park team. The successful candidate must be polite, friendly and welcoming as well as have strong attention to detail.
Primary Duties
·
General Reception duties.
· Be the first point of contact for all clients on a daily basis, providing a friendly and welcoming front of house service.
· Diary and booking management.
· Ensure visibility and readiness to assist clients as and when the need arises.
· Understanding of all key services.
· Closing sales throughout the day.
· Pay and adjust any EFT payments.
· Prepare Doctors patient files.
· Put treatment schedules together if applicable and send to patients within 48 hours.
· Attend to online queries as they come through.
· Attend to general spa bookings, calls and queries.
· Check outstanding accounts with management, prepare invoices and send to clients.
· Stationery stock count and ordering of stock.
· Prepare advertising/marketing suggestions for month-end meeting.
Minimum Requirements
– 3-year qualification with a reputable institution
Previous work experience in a Medi Spa
Strong computer skills
Zenoti knowledge will be advantageous
Key skills
Team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent command of English language
Salary
Basic, plus commission on retail sales
