Data Capturer
to support their team with essential administrative and data-related tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who likes working with information, keeping records up to date, and contributing to the smooth running of a professional office. If accuracy, organisation, and efficiency are your strengths, this position could be an excellent fit.
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Entry & Document Administration
- Enter, update, and maintain information across internal systems, including the CRM and Google Drive shared folders.
- Prepare client quotes, personal info and other high level infomation with a high level of accuracy.
- Keep client lists updated.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with insurers to action policy changes as directed by brokers.
- Support effective communication between brokers and clients to ensure smooth and professional interactions.
Reporting & Record Maintenance
- Assist with the preparation of reports and schedules, ensuring data is correct and neatly presented.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical client files for compliance and quick retrieval.
General Administrative Support
- Provide assistance to management and colleagues with additional tasks when needed, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
- Take part in relevant training to stay informed about industry requirements and maintain accreditation.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working on cloud-based platforms
- Able to handle multiple tasks independently and manage competing priorities
