Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Capturer to join our finance team. They must be able to to do manual data capturing and be very familiar with Sage.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and authorization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier invoices
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and approval of invoices.
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial task

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Deadline driven
  • Basic accountingprinciples
  • Attention to details

Personal Attribute:

  • Able to manage time and work under pressure;
  • Flexible in terms of working hours (weekends required);
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
