Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing paid media team. You'll work directly with our Founder and Lead Client Strategist, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google for leading B2B tech clients. This role is critical to maintaining our high-performance standards as we scale our client portfolio.You'll plug into high-quality clients, structured workflows, clear expectations, and a collaborative environment that moves fast without chaos. We invest heavily in strategy, experimentation, and personal development. Plus, you'll have the autonomy to actually drive real, meaningful impact.

Campaign Execution & Management
Set up and launch paid social and paid search campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and Bing advertising platformsExecute daily campaign optimizations, including budget adjustments, bid modifications, and audience refinementsMonitor campaign performance and proactively identify underperforming ads for pause or optimizationConduct A/B tests on ad creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategiesImplement technical setups, including conversion tracking, pixel installation, and attribution modelingPerformance Monitoring & Analysis
Review daily performance metrics across all active campaigns and flag anomalies Generate weekly performance reports with insights and recommendationsTrack key metrics including CTR, CPL, CPC, engagement rates, and pipeline attributionIdentify trends and optimization opportunities through data analysisMaintain performance dashboards and client-facing reportingAudience Development & Targeting
Build and manage custom audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalike segmentsCreate targeted audiences based on job titles, company size, industry, and funnel stageManage retargeting campaigns for different engagement levels and content interactionsOptimize audience targeting based on performance data and client ICP refinementsQuality Assurance & Process Management
Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform best practices and compliance requirementsMaintain organized campaign naming conventions and account structuresDocument optimization decisions and maintain detailed campaign logsFollow established SOPs for campaign setup, optimization, and reportingCollaborate with the team on process improvements and efficiency gainsClient Communication & Support
Hold weekly internal meeting with the founder to align on all Client account needs & prioritiesPrepare bi-weekly campaign performance summaries for client callsSupport weekly strategic recommendations with performance data and insightsAbility to support 1 meeting per client per week, plus 1 internal meeting per week with internal teamRespond to client questions about campaign mechanics and optimization decisions in dedicated client Slack channels within 1 business dayCoordinate with internal teams on creative asset needs and campaign requirementsRequired Experience
3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably for B2B Tech/SaaS companiesProven track record managing significant monthly ad spend ($50k+ per month across accounts)Ability to manage multiple projects at once with high attention to detailExpert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google AdsExperience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurementStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysisAbility to work Monday-Friday 9AM - 6 PM ESTTechnical Skills
Advanced understanding of paid social platforms, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and optimization techniquesExperience with audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and retargeting strategiesFamiliarity with tracking implementations, UTM parameters, and attribution methodologiesKnowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significanceExperience with reporting tools and dashboard creationContribute to strategic campaign recommendations beyond just executionDocument processes and create SOPs for campaign workflows and optimization proceduresProject Management and Coordination Responsibilities
Experience with using project management tools (Asana preferred) to keep internal teams updated on detailed campaign action items, needs, and delays proactively Proactively manage task prioritization using High/Medium/Low taggingFlag capacity issues and delays before they become client problemsManage competing client priorities and communicate workload constraintsSoft Skills
