Performance Marketing Analyst required in Johannesburg.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance to the team.
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimisation strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilise data visualisation tools to present insights and recommendations.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum results.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Support the team in developing creative assets and messaging for campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Continuously track and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Essential skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) due to accounts you'll be managing.
  • 2-5 years of performance marketing experience, focusing on digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must have own transport.
