Marketing Manager – Shopping Centre in Alberton, Gauteng

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a leading shopping centre in Alberton, Gauteng .

We are looking for a hands-on marketer who excels in community liaison and tenant relations , with a passion for creating meaningful campaigns and driving results.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing, advertising, PR, and digital campaigns.

Implement promotions, competitions, sponsorships, and events that drive footfall and sales.

Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring relevant and engaging content.

Oversee the marketing strategy, administration, reporting, and budget control.

Build strong tenant and community relationships to ensure collaborative success.

Drive and analyse monthly sales, delivering on KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum three years' experience as a m arketing manager in the retail property or shopping centre environment .

Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge.

Excellent writing, communication, and content development skills.

Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic and administrative responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent PR, communication, and writing skills and be a proactive self-starter . A minimum of three years' experience in shopping centre marketing or retail marketing will be highly advantageous.

Strong ability in community liaison and tenant relations is essential, along with proven leadership and interpersonal skills . Sound budget management knowledge and a keen interest in marketing, advertising, and social media activities are also required.

The ideal candidate will be creative, commercially minded , and thrive as part of a high-energy, enthusiastic team .
