Coordinator

Requirements

  • A relevant three-year tertiary qualification, preference will

be given to candidates with a relevant B degree

  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification
  • Minimum one (1) to two (2) years' experience in IT Change

Management

  • Experience in working with an ITSM tool and reporting will

be advantageous

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Packages, SAP.

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide comprehensive IT Change Management

administrative support within the IT Change Management

team

  • Ensure effective IT Change Management Communication

to various IT stakeholders

  • Coordinate and maintain the seamless operation and

continuous improvement of the IT change management

system

  • Assist in developing and promoting robust policies,

procedures, and standards to govern the IT change

management process, ensuring consistency, compliance,

and efficiency

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on IT change

management activities.
