Responsibilities and Duties

· Perform investigations on tasks and provide feedback to the relevant teams.

· Communicate with relevant credit providers to request and confirm information

· Provide detailed notes on actions taken on all tasks

· Execute tasks timeously with accuracy

· Generate and deliver documents to credit providers for relevant teams

· Execute Ad-Hoc tasks

Minimum Requirements:

· Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage),

· 1 year Administration experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage)

· Clear credit and criminal record

1 Year Debt Review Administration and Support Experience

Key Competencies:

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Great team player

· Good time management

· Well-organized and great attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure

· Self-motivated and comfortable in taking initiative

· Ability to work independently
