Job Description
We currently have an exciting position available for an Labour Law Support Consultant, to be based at our branch.
You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Provide quality support to clients and consultants.
- Support clients telephonically / via email as the primary point of contact.
- Onboarding of new consultants (training and signoffs) as well as further development through managing the LAP process with all consultants within the region.
- Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently, with area focus and the type of work in mind.
- Ensuring we minimize the administrative burden on the entire Labour Law team.
- Secure, develop and maintain client relationships

Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R17 850 CTC

Qualifications
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- B-Degree in IR/Law/HR/Industrial psychology or related field
- At least 1 years' experience in IR within Labournet
- Experience in facilitating training would be advantageous.
