The Role

We're on the hunt for a
global IT recruitment pro
who knows how to hunt, hustle, and deliver. You'll be working on
hard-to-fill IT positions
, using every tool in your digital toolkit — online job boards, Boolean searches, databases, social media, networking, and beyond — to
source exceptional candidates
in competitive markets.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with international clients to understand their complex IT hiring needs
  • Conduct deep-dive searches across global job boards and internal databases
  • Engage and qualify elite candidates for niche roles
  • Deliver a world-class recruitment experience from first contact to offer stage
  • Use your industry insight to consult, advise, and build lasting relationships

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in global IT recruitment
    — UK market knowledge is a bonus, not a must
  • Expertise in
    sourcing hard-to-find IT professionals
    (think DevOps, CyberSec, Data Science, etc.)
  • Confident using a range of job boards, Boolean techniques, and ATS/CRM systems
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with a drive to exceed targets
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
