Job Description:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Boardroom Appointments, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent and client to your business unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively engaging in business development activities to attract top clients in Finance and Banking.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilising innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality placements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in Finance and Banking.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in business development, including acquiring and managing key client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Deep understanding of the finance industry, including knowledge of finance and banking services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for finance and banking positions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
