**Job Description: Accounts Administrator (Payables, Payroll & Project Accounting)**
Technology Access Group is seeking an Accounts Administrator (Payables, Payroll & Project Accounting) to assist our team. The Accounts Administrator will assist in the company’s accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and project allocations. The role leverages Xero, Xero Projects, and SimplePay to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness, providing financial insights that support decision-making and business performance. The role is a full-time position reporting to the Financial Manager.

**The Team**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Capture, track, and reconcile accounts payable in Xero.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll using SimplePay.
- Reconcile balance sheet control accounts and multiple bank accounts.
- Allocate income and expenses to projects using Xero Projects.
- Collaborate with the project team to provide financial insights.
- Support month-end close and management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
- Collaborate with the Accountant to streamline processes and reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Finance degree (BCom Accounting or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (including AP, payroll, and reconciliations).
- Proficient in Xero, Xero Projects, and SimplePay.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to work from the office in Benoni.
