Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Cape Town. The Sales Specialist will engage in daily activities such as identifying and connecting with clients, showcasing properties, managing sales processes, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include offering expert property advice, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the team and sharing insights to enhance service quality and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring to support team growth and learning.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A background in real estate or property management is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications, licenses, or a degree in sales, business, or related fields are beneficial.
