Role Description

This is a full-time, ON-SITE ROLE for an Outbound Sales Specialist located in CAPE TOWN. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including outbound sales and lead generation. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, communicating effectively to generate leads, and providing excellent customer service to support debt recovery processes.

  • Minimum 2yrs Outbound Sales experience
  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Resilience
  • Professional
  • Ability to speak to senior management (CEO and CFO)
  • Lead Generation skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Must be multilingual
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment in Parklands, Cape Town
  • Prior experience in the debt recovery industry is a plus
