 Now Hiring: Direct Sales Consultant (Night Shift) South Africa - Johannesburg

Beach Safari is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Direct Sales Team on the night shift.

This hybrid role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in the safari and travel industry, especially across East Africa. You'll work with warm leads, craft bespoke travel itineraries, and deliver exceptional service to clients worldwide.

Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Hybrid Work: 2 hours in-office, remainder remote

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage and convert direct leads into tailored safari and beach holidays

  2. Provide expert travel advice and client service via email and calls

  3. Maintain accurate daily reporting and achieve sales targets

  4. Collaborate with Kristin Barnes, Direct Sales Manager, on strategy and performance

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in the travel or safari industry

  • Strong knowledge of East African destinations, especially Tanzania

  • Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
