Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Johannesburg. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, delivering sales presentations, and closing sales deals. The Sales Consultant will also be responsible for providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the training and compliance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

This Role is commission based and the candidate will be compensated for the work they secure for the company
