Key Responsibilities
Technology & Service Delivery Leadership
- Lead technology service delivery reviews on SLA adherence and ongoing projects with client and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and information security as part of service delivery by collaborating with internal audit teams.
- Maintain a major incidents database to track downtimes and application issues for future use.
- Drive productivity improvements and manage operational costs effectively.
- Drive solution-led business growth, including RFP responses, e-Tech pricing, solution design, and governance.
- Provide thought leadership and data-led solutions to support client needs.
- Lead adoption of key enterprise capabilities across domains and verticals.
- Own end-to-end client documentation and reporting, ensuring readiness for business requirements.
- Manage multiple client relationships or lead a complete domain/vertical in line with MSA and SLA agreements.
- Act as the first point of contact for process or functional escalations.
- Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements and effectively communicate expectations internally.
- Deliver financial expertise and strategic insights to drive client and business success.
- Present and analyze data effectively using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (MPLS, IPSEC VPN, SD-WAN), Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of systems, voice, and business applications.
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., ITIL / ITSM) are an advantage.
- Strong grasp of enterprise business processes, IT service delivery, and IT operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both within EXL and client organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
- 12 to 14 years of experience
