We are looking for a motivated IT Solutions Architect to drive strategic architecture, fraud prevention, GenAI integration, and automation across our network initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You need to have strong experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms (GCP preferred), AI/ML integration, and stakeholder engagement. We need a technical leader who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Solution Architecture for Network & Fraud Related projects.
• Design and document scalable, cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred).
• Collaborate with BAs, Devs, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to translate business needs
• into technical solutions.
• Champion Feature Statement adoption, Ways of Work, and agile delivery.
• Drive integration of GenAI/ML tooling and automation into network workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and client architecture standards.
• Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous
• improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

• N. Diploma or B-Tech / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering degree, or related field.

Professional Certifications:

• GCP/AWS/Azure certifications (preferred)
• Business Analysis Certification (
  advantageous)

Experience:

• 10+ years' experience as an IT Solutions Architect or related
  role
• Experience in telecoms, network analytics, or AI-driven automation.
  (preferred)

Technical & Functional Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large-scale, agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS), microservices, APIs, and
• automation.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, GenAI tooling, and network optimization.
• Strong technical documentation skills and hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Draw.IO (or similar).
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive cross-squad collaboration and technical alignment.
• Familiarity Agile Ways of Work is a plus
