Direct Sales Manager

I am looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join my Management Team working from our regional office located in Westville. To achieve the forecasted sales, I require a competent Solution sales driven Sales Manager who can plan, execute and oversee their sales team effectively. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily activities of their sales team including.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning – a focussed, strategic approach for their acquisition team.
  • Canvassing – an essential part of our daily responsibilities.
  • Customer meetings – join team members with customer engagements.
  • Driving daily activity KPI's are met within their Sales Team.
  • Pipeline management – accuracy is key.
  • Reporting – compiling weekly sales & KPI reports.
  • Collaboration – working with other departments on Projects, Finance etc.
  • Hiring and training – ensuring all members have necessary skills & support to assist onboarding new customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
