Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Durban, Pietermaritzburg with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will drive sales strategies, manage and mentor sales teams, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing business plans, conducting performance reviews, providing sales coaching, and maintaining client relationships. The role also requires ensuring compliance with industry regulations and collaborating with different departments to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Leadership
  • Skills in Financial Planning, Insurance Consultancy, and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Training, Sales Coaching, and Performance Management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar is preferred
  • Adaptability to hybrid work environments
