Mentally Fit South Africa is seeking a Graduate Account Executive
 to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow within an international coaching institute that helps leaders and teams 
optimise their energy, mindset, and performance,
drawing on lessons from 
elite sport and behavioural science
.

About the Role

As a Graduate Account Executive, you'll work closely with our Business Development and Coaching teams
 to support client relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate impactful programmes for top organisations across South Africa.

You'll gain exposure to all aspects of the business ,from commercial strategy and client engagement to event coordination and leadership development.

What You'll Do

  • Support the sales and business development process: research, outreach, and proposal preparation
  • Assist in managing client relationships and programme logistics
  • Collaborate with coaches and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of sessions and workshops
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and internal projects
  • Learn directly from experienced business coaches in a supportive, purpose-driven environment

Who You Are

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) in 
    Business, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology
  • Curious about leadership, human performance, and personal growth
  • A strong communicator: organised, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about working with people and making a meaningful impact
  • Based in Cape Town
     (onsite collaboration required)
