Business Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join our fast-moving international team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset who wants to enter the financial sector and gain hands-on experience in client interaction, lead qualification, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Make cold calls to new leads
  • Set up follow-up calls and meetings for senior management
  • Support the Client Relationship Manager with daily tasks
  • Call Transfer Agents (TAs) to help process and bring positions in
  • Assist with general administration and coordination
  • Keep internal spreadsheets, notes, and follow-up trackers organized

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
  • Very comfortable making phone calls
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Interest in learning about finance and capital markets
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Service mindset (customer-facing experience is a plus)

Work Setup

  • On-site, 8:00–17:00
  • Paid internship
  • 3-month initial contract, with the possibility of a full-time offer
