Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming CVs and leads by opening and organizing files. You will actively reach out to leads via phone calls, assist with data-related projects, and support various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will be tasked with posting ads across multiple platforms and utilizing different tools to source new leads. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Data Analyst Responsibilities:


• Assist in extracting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources using SQL, Excel, and Python.

• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards by preparing data sets and helping to create visualizations.

• Work under the guidance of senior analysts to perform exploratory data analysis, identifying trends, outliers, and areas for further investigation.

• Learn to apply data manipulation techniques, such as merging datasets and filtering data, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Contribute to automating repetitive tasks through simple Python scripts and SQL queries, improving overall efficiency.

• Document data sources, analysis methods, and findings in a clear, concise manner to ensure transparency and facilitate team collaboration.

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering insights and learning best practices from experienced colleagues.

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations that summarize analytical results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job training, workshops, and research on the latest data analytics tools and trends.

• Maintain a proactive attitude in troubleshooting issues and seeking guidance to further enhance data quality and reporting.

• Engage in various tasks and projects to gain practical experience, while contributing to the overall success of the data team and company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or post-graduates who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to handle ad hoc tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with office software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools is highly beneficial.
