Carter Sales Administrator

Carter is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The role will be based at our flagship dealership at Suzuki Rosebank.

Carter is revolutionizing the customer journey and experience to make new car buying hassle free and convenient driven by distinctive technology and data.

The role is suited for a highly motivated, detail-orientated individual that has good interpersonal skills and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Loading of refunds
  • Reporting of vehicles
  • Settlements
  • Natis – Receiving and delegation to banks
  • Post delivery check calls
  • Check costing sheets
  • Permits
  • License & Reg (includes receiving license plates/License discs (organizing courier where applicable)
  • General administration – scanning, filing.

This is a full-time role. The role will require 5 days per week commitment.

Interviews will be held online. Only South Africans or individuals with an existing valid South African work permit need apply.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Matric Certificate
  • Prior working knowledge as a Sales F&I Consultant advantageous
  • Clear criminal record

  • Immediate

Salary:

  • Basic Salary only. No Commission.
