Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and making a real impact on customer success? We are seeking a talented and motivated
Technical Analyst / Consultant
to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities lie in the technical and integration aspects of RELEX Solutions implementation projects. You will help the team by supporting or leading technical workshops, building technical integrations and investigating complex technical issues for our customers.

Key responsibilities include

• Support customers throughout the full lifecycle: from purchase to go-live and ongoing continuous service.
• Advise customers in checkups and workshops to successfully implement the project together with them.
• Design and build integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems, focusing on the import, transformation and export of large data sets
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and performance issues for our customers.
• To know which technical solutions our customers are missing for their happiness and implement them in the software.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who blends technical configuration skills, supply chain & planning knowledge, and knowledge of consulting.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (or 3-4 years relevant experience) in Software
• Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with programming/database/query languages & tool skills (e.g., SQL Server, Java, Ruby, or similar).
• Knowledge of databases, integration technologies, and basics of Linux, Unix, or Windows infrastructure.
• Experience in understanding, defining, and documenting customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• You are proactive and have strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; German and other languages are a plus.

It will be a bonus if you have:

• Proven track record of successful client work and implementations
• Knowledge of application monitoring and distributed systems
• Basics of Linux, Unix or Microsoft Azure are considered an asset
• Experience in either supply chain management and/or business analytics
• Any other languages at a high level of competency
