Retention Specialist – Claremont, Cape Town

Basic + Uncapped Commission

Our client partnered with one of the world's leading gaming operators to deliver exceptional customer experiences - and they're looking for talented, professional Outbound Sales/Retention Specialists to join their team.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage existing and potential clients through outbound calls
  • Convert leads into loyal customers and build long-term relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Work strategically to retain and grow the customer base

What You'll Need:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in outbound or direct sales essential
  • Exceptional command of the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in financial services, forex, online gaming, or lottery is a plus
