Your key job responsibilities as the Affiliate Program Specialist in Cape Town will include:

  • Develop and execute effective affiliate marketing strategies to attract and retain top-tier affiliates.
  • Expand our network by identifying and onboarding new affiliates through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Negotiate and oversee affiliate agreements, commission structures, and incentive programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, offering ongoing support and communication.
  • Equip affiliates with promotional materials and resources to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and drive maximum ROI.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, retention, and player lifetime value.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Vigilantly monitor affiliate activities to detect and mitigate fraud or non-compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and transparency of our programs.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on affiliate performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for program enhancement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements for this Affiliate Program Specialist job in Cape Town:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success with a minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, ideally within the online gaming or betting industry.
  • Familiarity with South African gambling regulations is considered a valuable asset.
