We are looking for a vibrant and service-oriented Ice Cream Vendor to provide a memorable experience to guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You'll be responsible for preparing ice-cream desserts, assisting guests with their orders, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and prepare the station each morning.
Serve ice-cream desserts and assist guests with selections.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area throughout the day.
Manage inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
Operate the point-of-sale system and reconcile daily transactions.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years' experience in a guest service or hospitality role.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour.
Strong communication and basic maths skills.
Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Excellent personal presentation and time management.
