We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong Food and Beverage background and cross departmental experience in boutique or five star hotels.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to lead the guest experience across every touchpoint of this exceptional property.

About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of the estate's daily rhythm, leading teams, elevating experiences, and ensuring excellence across Food and Beverage, Rooms Division, Spa, and Maintenance. This is a hands on leadership role suited to an accomplished hospitality professional who thrives in elegant, guest centric environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire diverse teams to deliver world class guest experiences.
  • Partner with chefs, bar teams, and front of house staff to curate memorable dining moments.
  • Oversee seamless daily operations across departments, maintaining brand and service standards.
  • Drive a culture of warmth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets, systems, and resources to sustain operational excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Matric and a recognised hospitality qualification.
  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience within four or five star boutique hotels.
  • Multi departmental operational exposure including Rooms, Spa, and Maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Hands on management style with exceptional attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
