About the position
  • As a Product Information Assistant, you will support the Marketing team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of e-commerce product listings across multiple online platforms including Magento, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Your responsibilities will include managing product-related tasks through Wrike, uploading new SKUs, ensuring accurate product data, and handling service desk tickets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor stock updates, activate or deactivate listings as needed, and resolve platform-specific issues, particularly within Amazon Seller Central and Magento. Proficiency with product data handling, e-commerce systems, and attention to detail are essential in maintaining a seamless and accurate online shopping experience.

  • Requirements of the right candidate:
  1. A Matric Certificate and relevant degree/diploma, as well as at least 3-5 years' experience in a marketing and/or e-commerce environment.
  2. Must have excellent computer skills and literacy.
  3. Experience on SYSPRO would be advantageous.
  4. Professional, dynamic, motivated and outgoing personality.
  5. Strong administration and organisational skills.
  6. Must be able to work independently.
  7. Good reporting skills.
  8. Speak, read, and write English efficiently.
