Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Of Client Success located in the City of Johannesburg. The Head Of Client Success will be responsible for leading the Client Success team, developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful onboarding and continuous engagement of clients. They will monitor client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, the Head Of Client Success will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing escalations, and ensuring client retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement client success strategies
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations effectively
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret client feedback data
- Experience with customer feedback solutions and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in the City of Johannesburg
