Technology Innovation Data
team as a
Manager.

Job Summary

Our
Technology Innovation Data team
is dedicated to accommodating guest & employee requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
  • Property Management System (PMS) & POS Oversight
  • Cybersecurity & Data Protection
  • Guest Technology & Experience
  • IT Support & Helpdesk Management
  • Vendor & Contract Management
  • Budgeting & Asset Management
  • Projects & Digital Transformation

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years' experience
in IT, with at least
3–5 years in the hospitality industry
.

Proven experience supporting:

  • Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Back-office and finance systems

Strong knowledge of:

  • Network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 / Microsoft Azure
  • Cybersecurity best practices and data protection
  • Backup systems and disaster recovery planning
  • Wi-Fi systems, IPTV, telephony, and smart room technologies
