Our client within the e-learning and blended learning to capability academies and AI-enhanced solutions, that designs modern learning ecosystems that drive measurable business impact, is looking for a Sales Director who thrives on uncovering client goals and connecting them to create an impact learning solutions
What You'll Do:
- Lead new business development and long-term partnerships
- Discover client "jobs to be done" and translate them into tailored solutions
- Present compelling proposals that align with client outcomes
- Cooperative with internal teams to co-design strategic learning architectures
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solution success
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8yrs years in enterprise sales or account management (learning solutions preferred)
- Proven Sales abilities of closing large, complex deals
- Experience in Financial, Corporate, Retail industries
- Strong consultative selling and executive engagement skills
- Resilient, driven, and cooperative relationship builder
Required:
- Relevant Degree/MBA, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing essential
- 8 Years related sales leadership within learning solutions
- Proven Sales abilities, Hands on Approach
- People Mindset - Strong Leadership/Management skills
