Role Purpose
To provide efficient administrative and operational support in the co-ordination, preparation, and distribution of complementary product packs.
Requirements
Matric
2 - 3 years of client service and administration experience
Good writing and communication skills
Good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
Knowledge of Oracle System would be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
Duties & Responsibilities
Compile complementary product packs and prepare for distribution via courier partner
Record queries and interactions on the workflow system as required
Liaise with other departments to resolve queries
Liaise with clients (telephonically and via written correspondence) for gathering information and handling queries
Liaise with courier partner regarding the delivery of packs
Manage work volumes in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure these are maintained
Respond timeously to escalations regarding complementary product packs
Stock control and stats recording
Any additional ad hoc functions that may be required from time to time
