Website Administrator
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Website Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be technologically proficient, able to operate effectively under pressure, and possess strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Minimum Requirements & Competencies
- Strong comfort and familiarity with technology
- IT background (advantageous)
- Proficient in WordPress
- Experience with WooCommerce
- Knowledge of META Ads (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Google Ads (advantageous)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Ability to accurately place and manage orders
- Capable of performing in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content in line with company standards
- Manage and monitor WooCommerce products, orders, and related activities
- Assist customers by responding to enquiries in a professional manner
- Oversee order placement and support digital operational processes
- Provide assistance with online marketing activities when required
- Contribute to efficient daily workflow and resolve issues proactively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
