Amka, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a Payroll Clerk.

The main purpose of the job

  • To assist in the payment of staff salaries.

MUST HAVE:

  • 7–8 years of payroll experience
  • SAP (payroll) – experience
  • Medium to Large corporate experience

Key deliverables of the job or typical major tasks and responsibilities

  • Weekly payment to employees and payment relating to wage deductions.
  • Receive and capture hours worked.
  • Check the payroll, and adjust if necessary.
  • Upload bank file.
  • Make payslips available to supervisors.
  • Attend to all queries before the next payroll.
  • Processing and payment of Labour Companies invoices.
  • Attend to general inquiries
  • Processing and payment of loans.
  • To assist in the payment of staff salaries
