​I am actively seeking a Senior Business Consultant to explore a unique strategic partnership model. If you are an experienced, ambitious consultant looking to move beyond the traditional employment structure and collaborate on a high-growth framework, this is our opportunity.

The Opportunity: Independence & Profit
​My firm is founded on the mission to help South African SMBs overcome high local failure rates (estimated at 70-80% in the first five years) through rigorous focus on cost saving, process optimization, and immediate profit generation. There are also other proprietary ideas I have to reveal should we meet.

Within the last 2 weeks I have secured 8 leads that I expect to close next week. The need is there. I believe I have a method to meet it in a novel way.

​I am now looking for a partner to rapidly scale my proven methodology through a joint model. If we successfully build this framework together, there is significant opportunity for:

What I'm Looking For in a Partner
​I require a highly independent, results-driven professional who views this role as a genuine collaboration focused on building a market leader.

​Core Responsibilities:

​Co-Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate directly with me (the founder) on market positioning, service refinement, and developing the overall business strategy.

​Client Delivery: Lead major consulting engagements focused on process mapping (SOPs), financial forecasting, and operational design.

​Business Development: Utilize your network and expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the SMB sector.

​Methodology Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Progreso Solutions delivery framework.

​Required Experience & Attributes:

​Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable success in business, strategy, or operations consulting, preferably with experience serving the SMB/SME sector.

​Proven ability to deliver tangible, measurable results in client profitability and operational efficiency.

​A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a readiness to engage in innovative compensation models (e.g., profit-sharing, potential equity stake).

​Deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory environment within the South African business landscape.
