Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
System Analyst
to join a dynamic product and technology team. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that systems are designed, specified, and integrated to meet the business goals of the payment and transaction processing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to transaction and payment systems.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional system specifications.
  • Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure a shared understanding of system requirements and seamless integration.
  • Participate in solution design workshops to define system architecture, interfaces, and integration points.
  • Support software development and configuration by clarifying requirements and reviewing deliverables.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing systems and desired functionality, and recommend system improvements.
  • Conduct end-to-end impact analysis for new features or change requests.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, scripting, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams including banks, financial partners, and integration vendors.
  • Ensure that all system designs align with security, scalability, and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role within financial services, banking, or fintech.
  • Proven experience working on enterprise systems involving high-volume transactions, payment processing, or system integrations.
  • Familiarity with ISO 8583, EFT protocols, API integration, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Experience with UML, BPMN, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and system architecture.
