About the Role

We are seeking experienced 
Systems Analysts
 to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role focuses on analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing IT systems that align with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
  • Analyse existing systems, workflows, and data structures to identify areas for enhancement
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Support the evaluation and selection of applications, platforms, and system enhancements
  • Develop process maps, use cases, logical models, and functional documentation
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Participate in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression validation
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and requirements reviews
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, ICT, or related field
  • CBAP/CCBA or similar business analysis certification is advantageous

Experience

  • 5+ years in business/systems analysis
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, modelling tools, and documentation standards
