Role Description

This full-time, remote Associate Creative Director role is located in South, Africa. The Associate Creative Director will oversee the creative direction and strategy for various projects, ensuring alignment with client branding and strategic goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and refining creative concepts, leading art direction, overseeing branding initiatives, and managing graphic design projects to deliver high-quality results. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering creativity, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all campaigns and materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling and cohesive ideas.
  • Excellent graphic design skills
  • Strong understanding of conversion based design
  • Proficient with UX design principals
  • Strong expertise in Branding, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing brand identity across diverse projects and platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Art Direction and Graphic Design, including the ability to create visually engaging and innovative designs.
  • Experience in project leadership and team collaboration, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey creative ideas effectively to clients and team members.
  • Ability to support Advertising team
  • Strong understanding of Social Media design
  • Proven experience with video editing
  • Extensive typography application experience
