About Us

Full House Creative is a Cape Town–based digital content agency specialising in high-performing, short-form social video. We're a team of strategists, creators, and editors who live and breathe TikTok, Instagram Reels, and all things UGC. Our work blends creative storytelling with data-driven insights to help brands show up authentically in the feed.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our growing team. Think of this as a hybrid between a Creative Director and a UGC Specialist. You'll be the middle ground between strategy and execution - guiding our editors, reviewing raw creator footage, and ensuring every piece of content is on-trend, thumb-stopping, and ready to perform.

You'll work directly with the Senior Creative Director and oversee our junior editor team as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who's as fluent in TikTok trends as they are in storytelling, editing structure, and retention strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Review raw creator footage and guide editors on final outputs
  • Develop creative directions, hooks, and retention strategies for UGC and social ads
  • Identify and integrate trends, audio, and storytelling formats that perform
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director on campaign concepts and client briefs
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, tone, and performance standards
  • Assist in building scalable editing systems and best practices for growing editor teams
  • Occasionally oversee shoots or creator collaborations

You're Perfect for This If You...

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in a creative, editing, or social content role (agency, brand, or creator background welcome)
  • Understand UGC and short-form video from both a creative and performance perspective
  • Can confidently break down and build text hooks, video pacing, and retention structures
  • Know your way around CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
  • Keep up with social trends, formats, and audios across TikTok and Instagram
  • Are comfortable providing feedback, direction, and creative leadership
  • Are proactive, organised, and thrive in a small but fast-moving team

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have experience briefing or managing creators
  • Understand performance marketing metrics and creative testing
  • Have a personal or professional portfolio of social-first work
