Creative Client Partner, Global Markets

About the Role
This is a strategic and highly collaborative role at the heart of Incubeta's creative growth. As the Creative Client Partner, you will serve as a critical link between our global commercial teams, new business development, and client partners. You'll work directly with the Creative Enablement Director, helping to consolidate activity across all markets and focusing on the retention and upsell of existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate is an agile, self-starting professional with a strong background in client services and a deep commercial understanding. This role requires someone who can connect the dots between client needs, creative delivery, and financial implications to ensure we consistently add value and drive profitability.
• Act as the "glue" that consolidates, guides and aligns creative services activity across new business, commercial, and delivery
teams, ensuring operational synergies and client success from the initial pitch through to day-to-day delivery.
• Supporting global Incubeta offices/markets in identifying opportunities to expand the creative proposition (& therefore an end
market GP associated with creative)
• Act as the go-to for end market partners to understand their specific creative needs - ensuring budgeted market recovery is
achieved (while markets margin and GP are healthy and profitable)
• Develop frameworks for end-market representatives to use in order to achieve their local business targets and objectives,
ensuring creative services GP contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Opportunity Consolidation:
Collaborate with project managers and new business leads to support the scoping, qualification, and commercialization of creative opportunities across our nine international offices. Your role is to understand the full landscape of what's happening and collaborate for a unified approach. Translate client business problems into well-articulated briefs and lead internal teams to deliver exceptional, on-objective results. You will act as the go-to for end market partners to understand their specific creative needs - ensuring budgeted market recovery is achieved (while markets' margin and GP are healthy and profitable). - Commercial Frameworks & Innovation:
Consult on and apply the existing creative commercial framework. You will also use your commercial expertise to develop new models and frameworks that are specifically tailored to opportunities, clients, and individual markets. You will be supporting global Incubeta offices/markets in identifying opportunities to expand the creative proposition (& therefore an end market GP associated with creative) - Strategic Operational Consulting:
Consult on operational models and processes for creative projects, ensuring they are optimized for both profitability and client satisfaction. You will act as the link between new business, commercial, and client teams for a smooth and synergistic process from sale to delivery. - Project Oversight:
Maintain awareness from the sidelines on the progress of complex projects, monitoring implications on costs, billing, and potential upsell opportunities. Your insights will help teams proactively manage project health and/or identify areas for growth. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ensure synergies between internal teams; strategy, creative, delivery, and operations teams. You will be the central point that aligns these functions, enabling each team to focus on their core responsibilities while ensuring the overall success of the creative business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Client Acumen:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to understand and translate client needs into strategic, profitable solutions. - Project & Operational Awareness:
A comprehensive understanding of how creative projects and business operations are run. While you will not be directly managing projects or building processes, your knowledge of project lifecycles and operational efficiency will be critical for providing effective consultation. - Commercial & Financial Fluency:
An understanding of commercial principles, including costing, scoping, and the financial drivers of profitability. You can come up with creative commercial models and are comfortable reporting on forecasts and analyzing cost implications. - Self-Starter:
A proactive and independent individual who is comfortable taking ownership and getting things done. You learn quickly and thrive by being exposed to new challenges and situations. - Communication:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex commercial information into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams. A true people person - comfortable with collaboration and can build external and internal relationships with cross-functional teams
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and account management. Creative agency experience is a must.
- Proven experience in managing key stakeholders
