We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Personal Assistant to support the General Manager and wider leadership team across daily administration, scheduling, customer service and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Working directly with the General Manager (GM), you will be responsible for:

  • Managing diaries, appointments, travel logistics for the GM and broader team as required.
  • Prepare a variety of reports, spreadsheets and compliance data.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and employees to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Order and manage office supplies, stationary and consumables.
  • Provide customer support in the online and on-site store, solving customer queries and providing feedback.
  • Maintain key company records (contracts, leases, staff data, HR files, etc) accurately.
  • Draft correspondence and meeting summaries.
  • Assist with project administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Prepare accurate and timeous payroll files (weekly and monthly) for processing.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including bargaining council administration.
  • Assist with relevant compliance audits.
  • Handle sensitive business and financial information with absolute discretion.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Diploma / Degree in Office Administration or Business Management or similar would be advantageous.
  • At least 3 year's prior administrative / PA experience, supporting senior management in a small to medium-sized business.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, formatting, data summaries, etc).
  • Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, FreshDesk, Monday, etc.
  • Experience working with social media tools in handling customer queries.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle pressure and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Professional, proactive and solution driven.
  • Valid driver's license.
